Facing the bed, standing at the foot, left hand side. I face my nightstand, left side, which is also towards the door to the bedroom. Very rarely can I fall asleep spooning or otherwise cuddling, but it is VERY nice on occasion. The usual amount of contact between me and Amanda is the buttocks.
